CERTIFIED INFANT MASSAGE INSTRUCTOR (CIMI): I am certified by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).  CIMI’s work all over the world to promote nurturing, compassionate touch and assist parents communicate their love through touch. The first eighteen months of your child’s life will have a great impact on who your child will become as an adult. Infant massage is very important at this time and benefits your baby for the future. I provide private or group sessions. Typically there are four sessions, sometimes five if needed. The sessions are a week apart so you can practice the new strokes until the next session.  These stokes are new to your baby and he/she will need some time for adjustment.  That is why we take it slowly and do one part at a time.  At the end of the month your baby will love to have a complete body massage.

Sessions include the introduction of the International Association of Infant Massage.  Explain the benefits of infant massage, oil use and oil selection. Massage strokes will be demonstrated and then practiced.
You will receive written materials and pictures of each stroke. Massage oil will be provided for every baby. When you finish your sessions, your baby will receive an Infant Massage Certificate of completion.  The age requirements is one month and older.  The materials you need to have is a pillow, blanket and anything that your baby requires.

Each session is 45 to 60 minutes, once a week.  Payments can be made weekly.  If you pay for all sessions up front, there is a 10% discount.  Infant massage is available at your home at a price of $50 per session.
